Just as good as the expensive stuff

I sometimes get massive headaches that border on the edge of a migraine. I take two pills of my generic GoodSense Extra Strength Pain Relief Tablets and within thirty minutes my headache is usually gone. They are a lot cheaper than your name brand Tylenol. This was .99cents +tax for 60 tablets/500mg each. This off brand can usually be found at any local grocery store. This is a good pain reliever/fever reducer to take. The only thing I do not like is this particular kind is the big uncoated white pills. Being the wussy pill taker I am, I prefer my pills coated and as small as I can get them. This off brand does make the smaller coated pills also, I just picked up the wrong bottle. I recommend this for anyone with a fever or general aches and pains.

The one extremely huge downfall is that prolonged use of Acetominophen can cause liver damage, so only take this medicine occasionally.
