Just Like Cetiphil
By ohthethinksyouwillthink onEquate Gentle Skin Cleanser is one of those rare gems: a generic brand that truly does work just as good as the original product.
I have tried both Cetiphil and the Equate version, and I honestly cannot tell the difference between them.
This cleanser is milky in texture, and very gentle. There are no dyes or chemicals, and it has never irritated my sensitive skin.To use, I moisten my face with warm water, apply a small amount of this product, and gently massage it all over. The cleanser stays smooth and silky the entire time and doesn't really lather or foam.I find that it does a great job of removing make-up too.The only thing I need an extra make-up remover for is water-proof mascara.Everything else is gently washed away, leaving my skin clean and smooth.
Equate Gentle Skin Cleanser can be found in the drugstore section of Walmart for only $7.12... compared to the $12-14 cost for Cetiphil. If you are already a fan of Cetiphil or are looking for a great cleanser for sensitive skin, this is the one for you.

I am a Cetaphil user for several years now because I have a very sensitive skin. This Equate is much cheaper than Cetaphil though. I want to try it.
I've been using Cetaphil for years. Wonder if I should give this a try.
Equate is a good brand. I buy some of these at Walmart. Never tried the cleanser. I'll give it a try. Cetaphil doesn't work for me.
That's very good to know a generic brand works just as well. We use other Equate products, but never tried this one. I will keep this in mind for sure. Thank you for the review.
Good review. Quite often the equate products at walmart are pretty good. They save alot of money.
