I was just searching for a cheaper option of air cooler that can drop down the room temperature of our baby's room. This was the cheapest deal I've found in the entire internet and was a great decision. It's not an air conditioning system but the temperature is much better when using this air cooler. Is an air cooler, air purifier, Ionizer, Humidifier, is all in one unit. It has 3 speed fan that pushes the air through its anti bacterial cooling chamber. It claims that reduces the personal space air temperature up to 8 degrees F or 5 degrees C but the true is that is less than that, in my case I live in a hot climate and it drops down the temperature for about 6 degrees F. The ice packs that come with the unit don't last much longer than the regular ice. The fan is not so quiet at speed 3. A great feature that I love is the preset timer that can turn off the air cooler up to 7.5 hours. Very easy to use, but the thing of changing the water can be some times not easy at all. Overall is a good option, if you want several functions in one unit, and to feel some fresh air in hot days, but don't expect to have an air conditioning system like cold from this air cooler.
