Kashi Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies By darkknight on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This product was initially sent to me as a sample. I liked the bitter chocolate with the oatmeal cookie. I have a closet full of diet food that is full of sugar alcohols and bloats me up, yuck. I have tried many diet system cookies but Kashi products have enough fiber and low enough sugars to make it worthwhile. Kashi products have enough extra fiber that doesn't cause bloating. This is from the TLC line of snacks. These are good oatmeal cookies to have if you like chocolate chip without the boredom. They don't taste like diet warez but have a nice snap to them. Bitter chocolate is a health benefit food, scientists are discovering. So this is a fiverful way to get some dark chocolate and fiber in a tasty snack that isn't a mix drink that tastes chalky or scratchy in your throat. Surprisingly one is enough, you really can't chow down, this is thoughtful food.
