Unlike the ride on top, this one you settle right into, lean back into the comfy seat and RELAX. Awwww tranquility. Enjoy a leasurely paddle through the waterways, rivers, lakes, etc. This boat is smooth too...once you get your rhythm going, you'll be surprised at how fast you can make it go:0)

And there is plenty of room for extra stuff. There are two compartments (one in front and one in back) to store stuff (like a picnic or camping gear). And on top of the kayak are bungee type cords that I use to stick my jacket under once I get too warm.

And, unlike some kayaks, this one can be handled easily by one personn as it only weighs about 50 pounds.
