Kaspersky is very good and well known Security software made by Russian company. Kaspersky 7 products are hit and they are very popular because it is light on resources and the protection is simply awesome and rock solid. But Kaspersky 8 didn't met the expectations of the people. In kaspersky 8, they mainly concentrated on the graphical interface part. They made it look stylsih but compromising at the performance offered by it. Kaspersky 8 products are heavier. I am on 1 GB ram and it slows down my PC too. Apart from this Kaspersky products offer solid protection. Kaspersky Internet Security is complete security kit. It comes with antivirus, antispyware, intelligent behaviour scanner, a firewall and many more features. It protects you online and guards important data. Kaspersky Internet Security and Kaspersky Antivirus products have some compatibility problems with other applications such as Mcafee siteadvisor. Kaspersky wrongly states Mcafee siteadvisor as Mcafee Internet security and doesn't lets you install Kaspersky, Even though you removed it you will face the same problem. But there is a small workaround. Kaspersky products are good at protecting you and your computer from malicious softwares and hackers. Apart from its property of eating too much resources it provides solid protection and the performance is good.
