If you have ever been pregnant you know that a sneeze or a cough, or even laughing can make you, well pee your pants a little bit. It's an embarrassing occurrence that I was not informed of.
Since there is no way you can avoid laughing at a good joke or sneezing for the next nine months I have found a secret weapon. The carefree pantyliner. They are so small and compact that I can wear them every day and even bring back-ups in my purse without anyone else knowing about it.
I like carefree because they have a fabulous adhesive that I do not have to worry about. They are also so inexpensive that I don't mind buying them for every day.
It's hard and embarrassing to be, leaking, but I have found that the amount is so little that you really do not need to buy anything bigger.

Getting old has the same effect. These are great.
Carefree does make great inexpensive little pantyliners. I love that they stay put and that they are so inexpensive.
Oh gosh, it's nice to know I was not the only one suffering from that problem! My husband would laugh but, I was like hey you try having some tiny feet kick you in your bladder!
