Keep Track With Your Credit By Banana-Blossoms on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Since I use equifax to track the activity with my credit. I am very happy so far. They also had an option for people that only check their credit once in a while. You can purchase for 1 month membership to track your credit rating. Before I purchase the annual membership. I tried out first for a month to see how I like it. After that, for a little bit extra amount from your pocket you can track your credit in one click away. Some may not realize that when you talk to lending company to prequalify to buy a house sometimes eventhough you didn't authorize them to check your credit they check it anyway and later after you find out they only say "sorry" my assistant checked your credit (according with my experience with Countrywide). For many of us, it is very unacceptable to do just check our credit history without our permission. In equifax if you have more than a month membership or even just a month. You can add restriction on who you can permit to check your credit. Checking your credit more than twice a month can also decrease your score. Better safe than sorry protect your credit.

Thanks for mentioning that just CHECKING your credit causes it to lower. So many people have no idea. I was 30 before I knew this fact!
