Kenmore Electric Range By Trinity1967 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
When we moved into our new home we wanted new appliances so being a "Sears Kid" we went to the local sears and got a great deal on a houseful of appliances. We ended up paying 349.00 for this range and I believe it usually went for 599.00. The oven cooks great and evenly, I love the light feature for the oven, instead of losing heat when checking on things cooking in the oven the light lets you see how brown your biscuts or cornbread is. Actually I have only two complaints, one is that I wish I had gotten a self cleaning oven and two the drip pans aren't that great, they show stains and water stains if you put them in the dishwasher. If I had it to do over again I would definately upgrade to the porcelian coated drip pans and probably will purchase them myself as soon as I have time. Here is some specs on this range and yes I DO highly recommend a Kenmore Range.
White Kenmore 30 in. Electric Manual Clean Freestanding Range, it has two 6 in. and two 8 in. coil elements and comes with standard chrome drip pans. It also has electronic controls with clock and timer, lighted oven with 3 different settings for broil. The oven itself is 4.6 cubic feet.
The Sears item number is: 02291062000
