This rowing machine really hits the spot. The best thing about this rower is the comfortable seating that it offers, which ultimatly leads to more rapid muscle build. This is because being more comfortable means that you wont feel as much pain in the long haul when exercising on this machine, which leads to more repititions and ultimatly more muscle growth. The easy pack up system is also a great feature in this machine, which I found always hard having to move and pack up big bulky machines. The machine is really light weight, and does seem to do the job better than any other machine, with the settings being able to set it to the precise measurements. The price of the machine however is fairly harsh, considering that ultimatly any other machine does the same job as this, but if your looking it from a day to day type machine, this would be perfect.
