We have had a bad run of cold and flu in my family over the past two weeks. If you are like me you do not have time to let illness keep you down. I was pleased to find so many options when I went to find medication that would be effective and quick and tasty! I opted for the Theraflu Flu & Sore Throat that was Natural Apple Cinnamon flavored. They did have Lemon, Lemon with Honey and many many more. They come in six handy individual packs, and all you do is warm one cup of water and mix in the pack. It is warm so it makes it a bit easier to swallow on a sore throat, within 30 minutes I felt some relief. You can drink one every 4 hours, but as the directions state do NOT take more than 6 within a 24 hour period, also this product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. As with any medications there are warnings and possible side effects so be sure and read the precautions before consuming. There are many different varieties so chose the one that is right for you. This one helped with body aches, sore throat pain, nasal congestion, helps reduce fever, runny nose, itchy throat and more. Over all I do highly recommend this product, I now have several boxes in my medicine cabinet for future use.
