My 4 year old son does not like eating vegetables. He will only eat veggies if they are pickled...go figure! I have always given him a multi-vitamin, but I was a bit distrubed at the amount of sugar content as well as food coloring in the popular children's vitamins for sale on the drugstore shelf. I was searching the vitamin shelves at my local health food store when I came across Nature's Plus Animal Parade Kid Greenz. At this point in time, I am actually more concerned with him getting his full source of vegetables than I am with him eating a multi-vitamin.
It took a little pursuading at first, but the moment that my son ate this "greenz" vitamin, he loved it and now asks for one every morning while I fix his breakfast.
Kid Greenz features a blend of broccoli, spinach, whole brown rice,carrot juice, beet juice and alfalfa-just to name a few. One vitamin tablet is equivalent to the daily requirement of vegetables for your child. It has a slight citrus taste which makes it tolerable for picky children.
This vitamin does not contain any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. It is completely natural. Again, please understand that Kid Greenz is not a multi-vitamin, but I do believe that this same product line offers a multi-vitamin. We are completely hook on Kids Greenz at my house. We love it so much that my husband and I take the vitamin too.

The blend sounds like it would taste terrible! But then, I'm not a big fan of veggies. I'm glad you said it's citrusy and your son likes it!
Looks like a good product for a child who won't eat veg.
