Kid Tough Digital Camera

We got this camera as a gift for my son's 5th birthday. After alot of research about digital cameras for kids we chose the Fisher Price Kid Tough Camera.Thie plusses of this camera are : it is very durable! we have dropped it down the stairs and it works perfectly, the dual eyepiece is wonderful for little kids- they don't have to squint to "see" what they are photographing. It's super easy to upload the pictures onto our computer and the picture quality is much better once loaded onto the computer. This camera has simple contols, my son easily learned the user interface and how to take photos. It also has simple sounds as well that accompony power on/off, photo delete and shutter activity.The negatives of this camera are: the overall picture quality - its OK, but very basic. The downloaded quality is much better than the "cell phone" image on the back of the camera. The only other issue we had was that the delete button is in a bad location. This caused my son to accidentally delete some photos. Overall, I would purchase this again- it is interesting to see the photos that my son takes. It is a wonderful perspective that aS the family photographer, I never get to see.
