Killshot is a riveting crime novel by acclaimed author Elmore Leonard, one of the best crime writers of all time. It tells the story of a young married couple, Carmen and Wayne, and how they accidentally stumble upon a real estate scam and become marked for death by two hitmen.

The two hitmen, Richie and Armand, couldn't be more mismatched. Richie is a crazy, unpredictable criminal who's a little too ambitious for his own good. Armand, or Bird as he's often called, is cool and collected. He believes in doing a job clean and quick. Yet these two must work together to clean up the mess they've gotten into.

Elmore Leonard's writing is amazing and his characterization is among the best I've read. If you're a fan of crime fiction, you absolutely need to check out this man's work.
