I have been to many theme parks and I have to say that King's Dominion has to be one of my favorites. It has everything that is needed to be a great theme park. They have plenty of roller coasters and it seems that they add a new thrill ride every year. They have an awesome water park as well. Their water park is filled with all kinds of water slides. They have a tower with three tube water slides the tallest is 65 feet high. They have a lazy river as well as a kiddie themed area with gizers and water toys. There are water rides in this park as well. They have a log flume and Diamond falls is also a favorite of mine. There are shows with animals and performers occuring all day long. King's Dominion is also know for the Head line shows that they have a night time, these shows do requirer tickets. King's Dominion has all types of food available inside the park. Anything from a sit down restuarant and fast concession stand style as well. The cost to enter the park is around $40 for all that the park has to offer including the water park and the cost of the food is comparable to other theme parks. The only negative aspect of the theme park is that they are now charging for parking as wellas entry into the park. This seems like a rip off to me since you have to park there if visiting the park. Over all King's Dominion ranks fare in pricing and above average in thrills and entertainment.
