Kingsgate Hotel, Melbourne

During my first visit to Melbourne, my parents came with me and because I have never been to Melbourne, I went online and search for cheap accomodation and found Kingsgate Hotel situated on King Street.

For a short visit, and a few nights, it isn't really a bad place to stay in, but for a long stay, it is very inconvenient. Well, I drove down to Melbourne from Adelaide and reaching there, I realised there is no parking nearby! We could park at the road side but there was a time limit, thus we had to get up early to move our car.

The other thing is, although it looks really stylish on the outside, it is rather old. Our room was really old and not particularly clean. The toilet door couldn't be shut properly as well, which annoys me a bit.

But overall, if you are there alone, then that's not a bad place to stay but definitely not when you have a few other mates of family members!
