I purchased the Kingston DataTraveler 1 GB USB Flash Drive to solve the problems I was having with transferring data from one computer to another. We have three current computers and one old one, three desktops and one laptop, so our data transfer needs are high. My husband also often needs to transfer data from home to work and back again. Previously we were using CDs, which was a cumbersome and expensive solution. Furthermore, my son's CD-RW drive broke, and so we were no longer able to burn his data to CD, or to transfer data to it from CD.
