Kingston Dti1 Gb Data Traveler By Kilraven on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Picked up this thumbdrive from Amazon.com for an awesome price of $10. It's from Kingston, who I've had great success from the past with.

While I've found plenty of Pros with this device, I've not really found any Cons - unless you consider limited color choices important. It came in only one color: off-white. This shape is not unlike most thumbdrives on the market - slightly oblique. It comes with a removable cap for protecting USB plug. Molded fixture for attaching to a keychain (via mini strap add-on) and/or neck strap, as well as a ridged grip.

As with nearly all USB flash drives Windows detected it immediately, and transfer rates were normal for nand-based flash memory. It is only 1G of memory, but how often will you need more?

This is a great little USB flash drive at a phenomenal price (considering current market prices per 1G memory), and one I recommend to anyone needing a new flash drive or just wants an extra.
