A few weeks ago, my friend gave me a bunch of bottle of vitamins. One of those was a bottle of Kirkland Brand Calcium 500 mg+D with Vitamin K. I am not sure how this will help me and I haven't gotten a chance to really research what the vitamin is supposed to do but so far it have been pretty good. When I think about calcium, I think about strengthening bones, so I am hoping that's what I am doing by taking these.
I really like this brand. I am taking several other Kirkland brands of vitamins and I like how there is a large quanity in the bottle so instead of buying a bottle with less than 200 pills, I actually get 600 pills in this bottle which save me money.
As I read on the bottle, this is not just supposed to make your bones stronger but also your teeth. I will continue to take the vitamins, as I don't think it will hurt. I will also recommend this brand to anyone who is looking to save money and take a well known brand of vitamins.
