Reviewing: Kirkland Brand Dog Food Chicken And Rice
Purchased at: Costco     Price: $40.00 USD

I was looking for a wheat and corn free food to feed my 3 dogs that wouldn't cost me a weeks worth of savings.I started to compare differant store brand animal foods and prices to my surprise Kirkland Brand Dog food from Costco's was very comparable to the higher end dog foods such as Innova or Canidae. My dogs love it, it doesn't swell when it gets wet so I don't have to worry about my deep chested dogs developing bloat and their fur and teeth look beautiful!Because there is no wheat or corn in the food they do not have that obnoxious doggy odor and their breath doesn't stink.I took the back of the bag to my vets office and she too agreed that this dog food is one of the better ones on the market as far as a dry kibble.Even Nutro has wheat in it!Kirklands is totally wheat and corn free so there are no allergies!I can't say enough about this wonderful find!

I would love to have the ingredients list for this product. It appears, from all I have heard a good middle line food! I guess I could take my camera into a Costco store , LOL, but I have ever been in one as of yet !

I have just recently switched my great danes to Kirkland's Chicken & Rice and so far, so good. They were eating Canidae. They were gassy all the time and one day, they stopped eating all together. I wish I would have switched months ago when Canidae switched from 40 lb. bags to 35 lbs and the price jumped from $28.XX per bag to $43.XX. Canidae is $21.xx for 40 lbs. which will save me $60.00+ a month.
