Sephora Lip Venom provides lip plumping without the collagen injections. This stuff is amazing! But it does have one little flaw.
Lip Venom is made with a blend of essential oils that irritate the lips causing blood to flow to them, giving them that pink, pouty, full look. Cinnamon and ginger are used in this product. The problem is, when you put it on, it stings. Just a little at first.. and then it intensifies. For most people it's tolerable and well worth the look that results. But for others it's unbearable. A few of my girlfriends and I were hanging out and they all wanted to try it, one girlfriend said it felt like her lips were on fire. For the rest of us it was mild.
There is nothing mild about the results! My naturally pale pink lips took on an almost ruby hue, they were plumped liked Angelina Jolie's and high glossed. I was amazed! And so was my fiance!
Altogether, this was a great product for me. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a little spice. :)

I have friends that use this and they love this Lip Venom! Boy they looked sooooo poofy round their lips:) Me? I looked like Donald Duck in heat!
I have always wanted pouty lips but don't think it is worth the pain!
I have always been told that Sephora products are excellent, but I don't think I would want my lips to sting :(
Gives new meaning to the term "hot lips"! :-) I like spice! I may have to try it!
