As a retail buyer of high-end cosmetics for an international retailer, I have tried virtually EVERY mascara available, from department store brands to cheapo drugstore and mass retailer brands. Blinc, Inc.'s Kiss Me Mascara is the absolute, hands-down best I've ever used! This mascara's formula is different in that it doesn't just paint color onto your lashes, it dries to encase each individual lash in a tiny tube. That means that your mascara doesn't come off until you take it off. You can cry, rub your eyes, or swim without your mascara coming off. This stuff even withstands allergy days when my eyes are watery almost constantly. The great thing is that you don't even need any makeup remover when you actually do want to remove it....you just need some warm water and gentle pressure and POOF! - off it comes.
