Well, here is another chocolate treat that I love. I haven't met a chocolate treat that I didn't like to some extent, and Kit Kats rank high on my list.

Kit Kats are crispy wafers coated with chocolate. They come in different flavors, but my favorite is the milk chocolate. They have a nice crunch to them, and they really are very tasty.

Nutritionally, one bar contains 210 calories, 11 grams of total fat, less than 5 mg of cholesterol, 30 mg of sodium, 28 grams of total carbohydrate, and 22 grams of sugars. An eight pack costs about $1.00 at Walmart, not a bad deal at all.

Kit Kats are one of my all-time favorites in chocolate treats. My husband enjoys them too, but can't indulge that much because of being a diabetic. Chilled in the refrigerator, they taste even better.

Kit Kats are also great for special occasions. And with Halloween coming up, I know the kids would definitely enjoy receiving some of these bars in their trick or treat bags.
