I have always loved to bake. And the Kitchen Aid Artisan Series stand mixer has brought a new joy to my love. It helps me mix up the best cookie dough, whips up the lightest cakes, makes homemade whipped cream effortlessly and it even beats egg whites like fluffy clouds.

It comes with a c-style dough hook so it makes the less than fun job of kneading dough effortless. The flat beater works perfectly as an all purpose mixer. And the wire whip attachment makes everything fluffy, including the best mashed potatoes in the world.

It has 10 speeds and a 5 quart stainless steel bowl that is dishwasher safe. It also comes with a pouring shield which allows you to pour wet or dry ingredient right into the bowl and keeps messes to a minimum.

It is a pretty large investment at $299.99 but if you love to bake I highly recommend the Kitchen Aid stand mixer.
