After our last pizza cutter broke we were looking for a good quality pizza cutter. We brought the KitchenAid Pizza Cutter after seeing it in stores.

This is the best pizza cutter I have ever used. It is very heavy duty and durable. Let me tell you the blade is sharp! I have found it cuts through hot melted cheese like butter. It cuts through the cheese without leaving some pieces stuck together.

We have also used this pizza cutter on garlic bread, lasagna on sub sandwiches. Everything we use this pizza cutter on it cuts through.

Every Christmas season my wife makes homemade fudge. We have trouble cutting smoothly through it. We decided to see if the pizza cutter could handle fudge. I was surprise to see it cut through the fudge very smoothly and did not leave any crumbs behind.

I think this is the best pizza cutter that was ever made. The blade is very sharp. It comes with a plastic blade guard that fits over the wheel when not in use. Make sure to always put the guard on as one could easily cut themselves on it. Don't worry about cutting yourself when you are cutting food. It does have a blade guard on it so your knuckles will be protected.

I really recommend this pizza cutter. It is a bit more expensive then most pizza cutters but it is worth it.
