Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer By Holly By Holly on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have had my Kitchen Aid Artisan mixer for only one year and I don't know how I ever lived without it. I find myself baking much more than I did because it so easy to whip up muffins, cookies and breads. The whip attachment is fantastic for the best mashed potatoes. I have experienced no problems at all with this mixer even with large, heavy batches of bread dough. The KitcheAid is powerful; it cleans up easily and is a breeze to use. It is super easy to change attachments and to add ingredients during mixing using the pouring shield. This is the best small appliance in any kitchen! With the time it has saved me with kneading and mixing, it has definitely paid for itself. This is a must have for anyone who loves to cook.

I've been looking at this mixer for a long while. Every time it goes on sale I go into the store but they're all sold out, so I've been assuming they're that good. I guess I'll just have to start paying attention to ads and getting to the store at the crack of dawn so I can get one next time =)
