KitchenAid Mixer

I had always wanted one of these KitchenAid stand mixers, but never bought one because of the price. My husband ended up giving me one for our anniversary two years ago and I absolutely love it! I have always liked to bake, but didn't much because I always had to use a hand mixer. Now that I have this mixer, my husband gets cookies more often!
This mixer comes with three mixing attachments, a splash guard, tilting head, and ten mixing speeds. I don't usually use the splash guard because it is sometimes hard to get the ingredients to all fall in. Also, the way the bowl and mixing attachments are shaped do not allow the stuff at the very bottom of the bowl to get mixed. I always have to stir the little bit on the bottom in by hand.
This mixer is very easy to clean. It is smooth, round, and does not have many crevices that stuff can get stuck in. The bowl is so deep that there is usually never anything to clean up on the mixer itself.
I love everything about this stand mixer too!
Now that I'm a sahm I've been cooking and baking a lot more. Because of this I'm now looking for a stand mixer but have been putting off buying one because of the cost. Thanks for letting me know I can trust this brand :)
This looks like a great electric mixer! Kitchen Aid makes quality, dependable products. I love the different colors especially the red and black.. They're stylish!
I love this mixer so much! I make the best irish soda bread with it and we have several different attachments (including the meat grinder!) It is a definite must have for the kitchen.

I really, really want one of these but have been putting them off because of the price. I just don't know I would use it enough, but like you I think I would be baking cookies more. I like to bake cookies but I hate stirring by hand or using a little hand mixer. Maybe one of these days I will have one on my kitchen counter
I love my Kitchen Aid too! Now cookies and cakes for any occasion are so simple and quick to put together. If I had just one appliance to recommend this one would be it.
