KitchenAid Ultra Power Stand Mixer

My mother in-law has a KitchenAid Ultra Power Stand Mixer because she has a cake making business.I helped her make a cake several months ago and I loved using this mixer.In the past I have always used a hand held mixer.As soon as I had the extra money I went out and bought the KitchenAid Ultra Power Stand Mixer.This mixer is great to use.It can mix all types of batter, even if it is really thick.The mixers can get to the batter that is on the side of the metal container.You can choose whether you want to mix things very slow, medium or very high.If you need to get to the batter you can lift the top part of the mixer to get to the container.When you need to remove the batter all you need to do is remove the container and pour.The mixer and all of the accessories are really easy to clean.The KitchenAide Ultra Power Stand Mixer is very large and bulky.It does take up alot of kitchen counter space.
