Koak Easy Share v1003 10 mega pixel

Wow, this camera is awesome.I am away from my digi SLR for a while so I needed an affordable camera that could easily fit into my hand, purse or pocket so I could send pictures home.
I opened up the packaging and got the camera powered up and ready to snap some pictures.With what power was on the battery I started to snap pictures.Fortunately, I purchased a 2GB memory card because th internal memory is only 24MB.
I really like the layout and ease of use of all the function buttons.
If you like an LCD screen that is a great size this one at 2.5 inches would work for you.I do wish that the camera had an orientation sensor.It gets a bit obnoxious to have to turn the camera every single time, but that is something I can live with.
The durability of this camera is pretty good as well.I have dropped it a few times and I frequently carry it in my purse with no protective case and it has a few scratches but no heavy wear and tear or performance issues.
I have been playing with this camera for two months and am still learning new things and new ways to use the settings.I have taken pictures inside, outside, at night and of moving objects and have done so with great ease.I also enjoy using the video camera setting.I have taken a variety of videos within the past couple of months and have had some great clips as a result.
Overall, I am pleased with this camera.I never expected perfection, just quality.
