Reviewing: Kodak C530
Purchased at: Disney World     Price: $100.00 USD

The Kodak Easy Share C530 is a small, easy to use point and shoot 5.0 mega pixel digital camera. It measures about three inches long by two and a half inches high and about three quarters of an inch thick. It is silver in color and very light weight. It comes with an attachable strap for easy wrist carrying. The storage card of choice is an SD card. A card is not included with the purchase of the camera. It is powered by two AA batteries that are included. These go very fast so I would recommend buying AA Lithiums. They tend to last several days under heavy use like I used it in Disney World earlier this year. Be aware when buying a SD card for this camera that it has a limit of 1G! I hada 2G on me when I bought it and it would not work. I had to search the web and Kodaks website to find this out..The camera itself has been a good one.IT has a toggle button on the back for easy navigation of controls and picture viewing. There is also a delete, menu and review button. Reviews can be done in regular, 2x zoom,4x zoom or tile view. The lcd screen is clear and measures about one inch by three quarters of an inch. There is also a thumb wheel on top of the camera to switch off power , goto favorites, auto picutre and video. The videos are in Quicktime format but do not have sound, which is a major letdown. The camera also only has a plastic casing. I have dropped it several times and it has held up, but a metal casing would have been better. But for the price, around $100, it is a good all around camera for everyday picture taking on the go.

I have the same brand of camera but slightly different model. Pretty good cameras.
