Kodak Easy Share Dx7440 By SweetMeg214 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have a love/hate relationship with my digital camera. For one thing, it really is easy to use. I bought it with the docking station so that I could do one touch transfers and print my pictures from home. I thought that this might be cheaper than taking it somewhere like a Wal-Mart or CVS, but turns out I didn't do my homework. It is a little more expensive, unless you can get some kind of rebate on photopaper. Anway, back to the camera. So it's really easy to use, but internal storage is a joke. On recent trips to Europe and South America, I constantly had to replace my memory cards, which aren't cheap. Most of the time, I ended up using a point and shoot disposable camera instead. Also, I don't feel like it takes pictures all that well unless the lighting is perfect. I know it has all kinds of features that allow the photos to turn out better, but I am point and shoot kind of girl. I don't get all those functions and would rather have a camera that takes clear pictures without too much fuss. Another negative about this camera is the fact that it is clunky. With digital cameras that now fit in a back pocket, I can't help but feel a bit like I'm dragging around a dinosaur.
