Kodak Ni Mh Rapid Charger By karlawmcdonald on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
I purchased my Kodak Ni-MH Rapid Battery Charger specifically for my camera. It can only be used for that specific camera ,so it is not interchangeable like some other chargers. You can only charge the one size, and one set at a time. The light indicator flashes orange as it is charging and turns to solid green when completely charged. I have definitely saved countless money with purchasing this charger but do keep in mind it can only be used for the one battery set. Another feature I did not care for was the prongs on this one, it does have a push latch where it can be used over seas, but when it comes off it is difficult to get back on for the American outlets. Also the prongs do not fold in so it makes it a bit more difficult to carry with you. This is another product by Eastman Kodak Company and over all it is a great product as far as reliability and strength but I think the design was not well thought out.
Kodak K4500 Purchased at: Wal-Mart Price: $21.00

Great information for anyone needing this!
I could really use some of these, it would be a wise investment.
I don't have a Kodak camera but if I did, this one sounds like it works.
Funny how the makers don't think much about the design. Sounds like it does it's job though.
I do not have this camera so the charger does me no good but I have had other kodak chargers in the past and they worked well for me.
Really great information. I used to have a battery charger but it was a waste of money. The batteries never all charged at the same time. Maybe this one would be better. It does save a ton of money, especially with cameras, when you are able to use the same batteries.
We bought this same charger to go with our Kodak digital camera and it works great for charging the batteries. But, later on when we bought another Kodak digital camera and it used a different type of battery, we found out that the charger wouldn't charge that type, so that was irritating. But, it still was worth the price at the time.
We are looking for one of these shortly great info thanks
rechargeable batteries make the most sense, don't they? This Kodak charger sounds like it does the job...
