I recieved this digital camera for Christmas this year. It has a 12x zoom lens and is 7.1 megapixels. It takes pictures as well as does video recording.

Like many cameras on the market recently, this camera has very little internal memory. Since I take lots and lots of pictures, this was a bit of a problem. I had to spend additional money to purchase an external memory card.

When I purchased this camera, many of the reviews that I found said this camera really ate through the batteries. I have not found this to be the case. I did purchase a separate rechargeable battery, but, after almost three months, I have yet to have to recharge the battery.

The only problems that I've seen with this camera is that on the display the pictures look kind of fuzzy, but they print out very nicely. Also, when you record video, the volume sometimes isn't picked up well, so people have to talk fairly loudly.

The settings on this camera are very easy to scroll through and use. Even for someone without any professional camera experience, I have been able to take some really great shots. I've also found that this camera is pretty good for eliminating red eye.

This camera is a great choice at a resonable price.
