I have received a free sample from Kotex that included these tampons, Regular and Super absorbency. This was the first time I have tried Kotex tampons. They come individually wrapped, the wrapping matches "traditional" color-coding most brands seem to follow: yellow stripes for Regular, green ones for Super.
The wrapper is easily open. The tampon is in a purple plastic applicator (called SatinSoft) that looks rather large. It is convenient to hold though and very easy to insert. The downside of a plastic applicator, of course, is that they are non-flushable, but the advantage is that the applicator will not come apart, as paper ones sometimes do.
The tampon feels very natural, which means you don't feel it at all. Absorbency is good, no leaks. I like Kotex Security tampons and might use the coupon that came with the sample.
