Kotex Ultra Thin Pads with Wings

I have used Kotex Ultra Thin women's pads several times. While I generally like tampons much better, these pads are a good enough alternative. There are different varieties of these pads - regular, long, overnight, with and without wings. The ones I have used the most are regular length winged ones. They are thin, convenient, with the LeakLock feature that prevents leakage. The feature works very well; however, these pads are not meant to be worn overnight; if you do that, they can leak through. The wings at first seemed a bit weak to me, I thought they were not sticking well enough to my underwear and the pad might come off; that never happened, so they are stronger than they look. The wings are also re-adjustable, so if you do not like how you first secured the pad, you can re-fold them. I would rate Kotex Ultra Thin 5 out of 5.
