A family member bought this for me when my resistance was down. I saw improvement. The taste is not that mediciny taste. It is actualy refreshing! It really helps build up your resistance. I like to drop my tablets into water or tea and just drink it. You can take it by doing the same thing with juice. I like to take this prior to flu season and it has been great because of my alergies. It is a good value because you do see improvements.
