La Mariposa Acoustic Guitar String Review By Oliver Villegas on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I've been using La Mariposa guitar strings for some time now, and I'm quite content with the quality of the sound. Not to mention that it's also quite affordable. It doesn't break easily either.
The three base strings sound okay, with just the right timbre. It also comes with a 0 string, which you can choose over your 1 string.
You can buy it as a set, or separately, which is quite handy because I don't have to spend so much if I break only one. If the string breaks, if it breaks at all, which is usually the 0, 1, 2, or 3 strings, then you can buy that piece, which is quite cheap by the way. It's the 4, 5, 6 strings that cost more.
Withi this, I would recommend La Mariposa strings to fellow guitarists. Buy this!

Boy, the price of these certainly beat the strings I bought last summer for $32 :) and I thought they were a deal for quality strings. Thanks for the info!
