LA weight loss worked AWESOME
By 6digmans onI have joined this weight loss plan after trying on my own , I just needed that extra support that was ONE on ONE. The program is really good it teaches you how to eat properly and portion control. there are premade meals BUT they are not required to be bought. they do have a program that includes bars and if you do that program you get some money back when meeting your goal. the bars are for the most part good. I really like them and I am a rather picky eatter when it comes to things like that. They do contain soy but if you can not eat soy items no big deal at all just don't get that plan.
The people who work there usually can relate to wanting to lose weight so its nice to have that. However when they say they are counslors, they are not real counslors . They go off what they are told from head quaters and what they learn there is no degree in helping some one in this area.
The cost is rather high to do this but it seems to give me what weight watchers did not after trying them a few times. one on one , guidance. If you have doubts i would say check into it and buy a short program thats like 8 weeks and then if you like it you can get more . when I did the math for WW and this program seems that with the bar program I did that is cost the same amount and I recieved much more.
I am not one to say here is 200 points eat what you want, thats what I think we don't need to worry about with this program

I did this program for a while. I did like the staff as some of them had done the diet & lost a lot of weight. I didn't have pre-planned meals or anything. They gave me a book that told me all the foods I could eat per day, how many of each foods I could have and pretty much spelled things out for me exactly. I had a lot of stuff I could eat, but it did take quite a while each day to figure out my diet. It was kind of a pain to have to go into the center 2 - 3 times a week for weigh-ins, diary check & counseling so I eventually gave it up. It's expensive also, espcially if you buy the protien bars, and additional supplements they try to "recommend" that you need.
