Walt Disney's "Lady and the Tramp" is a true classic and if you can get the Platinum Edition 2 Disc DVD Set, you should jump on it quickly. This is a dvd to be cherished for years to come (just as the VHS cassette was for many of us). While the story is still the same as the original release years ago, the restoration of this movie is amazing. The colors just jump out at you and are so amazing! In addition, there are some great bonus features on this DVD.

My favorite bonus feature is the viewing of the original 1943 storyboard version of the film. I find it really interesting to see how this movie was originally imagined versus how it really turned out. In addition, I also enjoy the deleted scenes. I always find it intriguing to see what doesn't make the cut. My daughter loves the virtual puppy game where she can adopted and take care of her own virutal pet and the DVD game "Disney Dog Trivia." We have played it so many times she now knows the answers before the questions are even completed.

If you haven't purchased this movie yet, I encourage you to find one somewhere and add it to your collection. All Disney movie fans should own "Lady and the Tramp."
