Lancome Translucent Powder By okyots on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you don't wear much makeup and you just want to even out your skin tone and reduce oil and shine, I recommend Lancome translucent powder. It comes in a nice black compact with gold trim. I believe it was about $25 at Dillards, but you can also buy it online. The compact is nice and is a square shape. Inside you have a mirror and your product with a powder puff. I think the powder puff is kind of cheap feeling because it's thin and puts too much powder on when you use it. I suggest getting a fluffy powder brush and swirling it around the product and applying it that way. I don't like powders that color your face because I always have trouble finding the right shade. Lancome translucent powder is just that, it's a powder that doesn't add color. Any skin tone can wear it. It helps with shine, but if you have really oily skin, you'll have to apply it more often. Overall, I think it's a great product.
