Lands End Classmate Backpack
By sndfan2 onThe Lands End Classmate Backpack is an extremely durable and worthwhile backpack. I purchased one for my son 4 years ago, and we are still using it every day as a school backpack!
I am amazed at how wonderfully this backpack has held up to the everyday wear and tear of lugging heavy books around. I've probably washed it 2-3 times each year, just to get the school dirt and germs off of it, and it always freshens up like new.
Structurally, it has 2 big compartments for books, etc, and a smaller pocket in the front. It also has a reflective stripe. It's washable, as I mentioned before, which I think is a key feature!
The backpack is guaranteed, so if I ever had any problems with ripping, etc, I could send it back for a refund or replacement. Lands End has amazing customer service.

Wow, the 5th year for a backpack! I want a boy, lol. My daughter needs a new one every SEMESTER, because heaven forbid she have the same one she did last time. I'm impressed withthe durability of this backpack tho!

I've never thought of washing a backpack - great idea and awesome that this one is durable enough to take it.
