While this chair may be pretty to look at initially, that is about as good as it gets. I purchased this chair (and the replacement plan) bringing my total over 200.00. Within a month, the part that adjusted it broke and the "leather" began to come off all over. I decided to get a more expensive chair, because I work a lot and I wanted to be comfortable. I was unhappy with my last chair because it squeaked, and this one is no different. When it worked right I was happy with it. I tried to contact the manufacturer to let them know about the chair, but they were unresponsive. I never not once got a reply back from them. I ended up placing a claim on the replacement plan that I had purchased and I was refunded.
