While this chair may be pretty to look at initially, that is about as good as it gets.I purchased this chair (and the replacement plan) bringing my total over 200.00.Within a month, the part that adjusted it broke and the "leather" began to come off all over.I decided to get a more expensive chair, because I work a lot and I wanted to be comfortable.I was unhappy with my last chair because it squeaked, and this one is no different.When it worked right I was happy with it.I tried to contact the manufacturer to let them know about the chair, but they were unresponsive.I never not once got a reply back from them.I ended up placing a claim on the replacement plan that I had purchased and I was refunded.

I hate when things fall apart that soon after the purchase. It is probably a good thing you purchased the plan. At least it allowed you to get your money back. Thanks for the honest information.

I would have also wanted to buy this chair! It looks sooo nice! Too bad it was constructed so poorly.
