Lanol-ER is Excellent!

Lanol-ER is Paracetamol 650mg in an Extended Release Form. I tried it for getting relief from an acute pain felt in my lower right leg. I bought it from
Quality drug House, Trivandrum, Kerala State, India. It costs about $0.38 (19/= Indian Rupees) for a strip of 10 caplets. The caplets are pink in color. Lake of Erythrosine, Lake of Sunset Yellow and Titanium dioxide are used as coloring agents. Paracetamol is a safe drug to use, with little side effects. In its Extended Release form it is safer and more effective. Though the doctor had advised me to take it 3-4 times daily, I had to take it only once daily as the pain subsided with such a low dose itself. I stopped the medicine after taking 5 caplets in 5 days! It yielded me excellent result in my musculo-skeletal pain.
So, it is advisable to take Lanol-ER in place of plain Paracetamol when you have pain or fever.
