laptop review

Here is a great laptop that i own. This is one of the best laptops that i ever owned. Sense its made by HP you get very good quality and not some cheap old laptop like the Acer or Everex. For $620 usd including tax, i think i got it for a very good deal. The Ram on is pretty good being at 1gig expandable to 2gigs, a nice hard-drive at 120gigs, has a great wireless card in it, a very nice bright and crisp screen. the battery life could be better but i get around 1 1/2 hours on it. It can get pretty warm when ran for long periods of time, thats why i have a laptop cooling pad for it works great. If you want you can buy a wireless mouse and use that instead of using the touch pad. This laptop is the best bang for the bux and i really would suggest getting it if your looking for a nice laptop.
On the F500 series, the laptop is good for about a year and then the wireless capability suddenly dies! Just do an internet search of "F500 wireless" and check-out the numerous forums regarding this issue. It's a shame that Compaq has not issued a recall. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
