I bought the Laser Level by Fixit Tools for my hubby about 2 Christmases ago. I thought that he would absolutely just fall in love with it. It is a small tool designed with a laser that helps you hang pictures, cabinets, or shelves evenly. The laser light beam can project horizontally or vertically and even in coreners. This particular Laser Level has an 8 foot measuring tape that can lock built into it as well as one of those bubbly level indicators to indicate when the object is even.. Overall this tool is handy, but sometimes the on/off button gets stuck which is annoying when you are in the middle of a project. I found the laser to be a little tricky to get used to. For whatever reason, sometimes I just can't get the laser to work right. My hubby doesn't seem to have an issue with it, so perhaps it is just me and my lack of skills. There is no maintenance that needs to be done to this...just gotta replace the 2 AAA batteries once in awhile.

I RECEIVED THIS FIXIT LASER SERIES LASER LEVEL WITH 8' TAPE FOR A CHRISTMAS, AND WHEN THE BUBBLE INDICATES LEVEL, THE LASER LINE IS FAR FROM LEVEL... IN ORDER TO GET THIS LASER LEVEL, I HAVE TO GET THE BUBBLE TO SPLIT THE MIDDLE OF THE LINE ON THE LEFT SIDE... I FOUND THAT MY OWN EYE LEVEL IS MORE ACCURATE,
