The Lexmark Optra E laster printer is the best printer I have ever used. I have owned several different printers and this is by far the most efficient one. The speed of it is fantastic and the quality of the print is superb. This is not one of the newer models but if the newer ones are as good or better than this one then it will be well worth your money. The paper tray holds a large amount of paper so refilling it doesn't have to be done frequently. It is quiet and although the cartridges seem to be a bit expensive to replace they will last what seems like forever. I have had mine for years and the cartridge still hasn't had to be replaced and I have homeschooled for many years and use it constantly. I also like the way it folds down and doesn't take up so much room on my dest.
