Lasko Ceramic Tower Heater

I bought the Lasko Tower Ceramic heater for my basement, but only to use if I am down there working.My basement is pretty cold in the winter, so the heater is not capable of getting up to the degree of heat I would like, but it does raise the temperature in the room a few degrees.It is most effective if I keep it near me.I do like that it has a digital reader and the it oscillates.
It had a remote, but I already lost it.It's no big deal, though.I like this heater because it is easy to operate and I can set it on High, Low or Auto.I like auto the best and that is the setting I always use.I like it the best because I can set the temperature I want and it will keep running to get to that temperature.It also has a timer you can set so that it will turn off automatically after whatever amount of time you specify.
If it tips over, it automatically shuts off.Since I have small children, this is the most important feature for me.However, if the children go up to it and play with it, without tipping it, it will not shut off.
