Laura Numeroff Books...If You Give a Pig a Party

My youngest daughter (almost 4) loves Laura Numeroff's books...especially "If You Give a Pig a Party".She has written a whole line of silly books that are very fun to read and apparently to listen to if you ask my little girl.She likes to dress up when we read this book because the pig in the book gets dressed up for the party...very cute.It's an easy quick read that you can read fast, or take your time and be silly with it.

I'd highly recommend as a gift book for a child age 2-5.Any of Laura Numeroff's books are the same quality.The artwork is very cute and colorful too.

My daughter always asks to read these books, she likes to guess what the character will do next...the books teach logical thinking skills.For example..."If you give a Pig a Pancake...(turn page)...He's going to ask for Syrup"...etc.My daughter enjoys "guessing" right (even though we've read them so many times she knows all the words by heart).
