Lavender Liz Claiborne Luggage
By Sparkle333 onWhen my mom broke her right foot, and her left leg, she was hospitalized, and then transferred to a Nursing Care facility. This meant that I was constantly bringing gowns, toiletries, robes, and miscellaneous items from home. In addition to a large piece of rolling luggage, that I purchased to keep with her, I also needed a piece of luggage to bring things back and forth in. I have a torn rotator cuff (shoulder) and 2 bulging discs in my neck, so carrying heavy luggage was dangerous for me.
One day I decided to browse in TJ Maxx. I spotted this beautiful lavender, medium sized piece of luggage. But seeing that the name plate said, "Liz Claiborne", I hesitantly squinted with one eye, not ready to see what the price would be. The retail price was $200.00!!! Laughing out loud, I started to put it back on the shelf, when I spied the TJ Maxx price tag. I could not believe my eyes! It was $39.99. "No way," I thought, grabbing it back.
What a bargain it turned out to be! It has a push button telescopichandle and in line skate wheels--great for long hospital halls, or airports. The inside lining is a gorgeous light blue. It has a side carrying handle, and a top carrying handle in the area of the expandable grip.
A really nice feature that I love is a removable, washable laundry bag with a drawstring--great for transporting items home, that need to be washed. It also has several zipper compartments inside, and a detachable plastic cosmetics bag. In addition, it has 2 outside pockets for those last minute items, and expandable zippers for ease in closing.The outside material is a washable nylon fabric, and it even has a 10 year warranty.
I could not be happier with my cheery, lavender, Liz Claiborne, rolling luggage!

TJ Maxx and Marshall's are such cool stores with great prices. I plan to get my next luggage there but waiting on new colors to arrive. Would love to see a picture.
