Leaf Blower Or Sucker? By Chris Kong on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

My husband bought this leaf blower after my neighbours complained about the endless fallen mango tree leaves in front of my house.

Pros: This is indeed a super powerful blower for both wet and dry leaves. Usually we attached the wand to the vacuum to suck the leaves and mown grass, rather to blow the leaves away. The sucked leaves and grass can then be turned into compost. It is light, a mere 4.9 lbs, so it is very easy to carry around to suck in all the unwanted leaves anywhere in the yard provided the extension cord is long enough.

Cons: It is so powerful that we need to wear googles and long pants while using the machine, to prevent ourselves from being hit by flying stones and small debris that might cause injuries. The machine is loud so be careful not to use it too early in the morning or else we will wake up the whole neighbourhood!!

This is good information, and it sounds like this is quite versatile. US$ 1 = RM 3.80 (Malaysian Ringgit)

I'm envisioning you with your goggles on struggling with the blower!! You keep your feet planted on the ground kiddo!!!
